There are many treatment options for spinal discomfort and pain. However, if physical therapy, injections and medication don’t seem to be working, surgery may be necessary.

Some conditions compress the nerves within the spinal column leading to pain, tingling, muscle weakness and numbness, usually requiring spinal surgery. Other conditions might affect the natural curvature of the spine and require surgery to realign the spine.

What spine surgeries do you offer?

At the Perry Memorial Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Clinic, we perform spine surgeries for the following types of conditions:

  • Spinal stenosis
  • Herniated disc pain
  • Sciatica – pain down the leg
