Perry Memorial Hospital is always here for you. Sometimes it is an emergency; sometimes it is convenience to local physicians, specialty clinics and local testing services. Either way, we all recognize the importance of our hospital to our community.
Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation supports the hospital and its clinics by providing the financial support to enhance services through funding projects or purchasing equipment. We understand the importance our critical access hospital is to the health of our local residents as well as the health of our local economy. This is why we financially support technology upgrades and facility improvements at Perry Memorial Hospital.
Our Mission since 1991
The Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation enhances the quality of life, through philanthropy, for those served by Perry Memorial Hospital.
The Foundation manages charitable gifts, contributions and bequests through the generosity of Foundation donors to invest in the lives of our patients, staff and residents across Perry’s service area of Bureau, Marshall and Putnam counties.
Starting in September, 2019, the Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation launched a campaign to raise $500,000 for the new Perry Memorial Family Health Clinic facility and the quality, rural care it offers for all ages. Through a generous donation from the Georgia Fay Estate, from Dr. Harold and Jeanne Hutchinson, Jr., and from more than 70 area businesses, organizations, and individuals, the Living Legacy Campaign quickly reached its goal.
A memorial donation in your loved one’s name can help honor the person you’ve lost. We can customize the way your gift is used so it will go toward a project your loved one would have found meaningful.
All gifts can be restricted or unrestricted. Interested in learning more? Contact PMH Foundation President Cathy Foes at 815-876-4481 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
