The Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation recently received a significant contribution to the Living Legacy Family Health Clinic Campaign—the largest living individual contribution to date. The donation came from Dr. Harold C. Hutchinson, Jr. and Jeanne L. Hutchinson.
They said, “We want to give back to the community, since the community has been so good to us.”
This is not the first time the Hutchinsons have supported community needs. Dr. Hutchinson was involved in the formation of the Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation in the late 1980s and later as a board member and Chairman. Jeanne was active with the Princeton Library and assisted with the 2008 building campaign, and donated enough for the Library to install a new HVAC system last year.
With the contribution from Dr. Harold and Jeanne Hutchinson, the Foundation has surpassed $450,000 of its $500,000 goal, putting Perry another step closer to enhancing the quality and convenience of care in the new Family Health Clinic facility. Future generations will benefit from the generosity and example of community spirit set by the Hutchinson family.
