Home Care Finds a New Home

Perry Memorial Hospital announces the addition of Perry Home Care to the services offered within the Bureau, Marshall, Putnam, and LaSalle county area.  Perry Home Care provides professional supervised, cost-effective, individualized nursing and rehabilitation care and education programs to meet patient needs in their own home.

Annette Schnabel, President/CEO Perry Memorial Hospital said, “Perry continues to identify ways to support the care continuum from primary care to the in hospital and now at home.  Perry Home Care aligns with the Perry Mission to provide compassionate, quality health services to the people and communities we serve."

Health services are available for any age, illness, or disability on an intermittent basis and include education and support for the patient and family including disease management, medication and nutrition monitoring.  Skilled nurses and certified nursing assistants offer care for catheters, IV antibiotics, pain control and wound care.  Rehabilitation professional services offered are physical, occupational and speech therapy.
