Health Screening Set for July 16

Take advantage of Perry’s reduced price health screening to DETECT!   A Lipid Profile test, which includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides will be offered at $25.  Additional tests offered an A1C for $25, Chemistry Profile for $31, Thyroid-TSH for $23, and Hemogram for $9.  All tests except the Hemogram and Thyroid-TSH require a 12- hour fasting.  All five tests for $113. Retail price would cost $926.

The health screening will be held on Thursday, July 16, at Perry Memorial Hospital from 6:30 a.m. until 8:45 a.m.  Pre-registration is required, call 815-876-2050 or 815-876-3313.

Safe Social Distancing Plannned

Weather permitting, the health screening will be held at the 5th Street canopy, outside.  It is recommended to park at the 5th street (east) parking lot and walk up to the clearly marked registration area.

We ask that you arrive as close to your scheduled health screening appointment as possible.  If you arrive early and others are being screened, we ask that you wait in your car until the time of your scheduled health screening.  No seating will be available for those who are waiting.

If it rains, we will move the health screening inside to the lobby area.  Upon entering the building, you will be asked to complete the COVID screening process, including a temperature check.

In either case, payment will be due at the time of your health screening.  No insurance will be billed.  Please have your payment ready when you arrive; this will assist in a smooth transition during the health screening.  No additional lab tests will be performed at the health screening, and results will be available on your My PerryHealth portal within two business days.
