Tai Chi might be something to consider!  It takes time and patience to master the components of Tai Chi, but even some people in their 90's can attest to the benefits of Tai Chi.

Class Details

When?  Every Monday and Thursday, 10:15 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. 

Where?  Bureau County Metro Center, Lower Level Aerobic Room

How much does it cost?  $5 per class (the Metro Center does not collect any fees, the money should be paid directly to Jereen)
