Physical Therapy can improve well-being

The goal of the dedicated physical therapists at Perry Memorial Hospital is to help all patients achieve their full potential.

What is the process?

Physical Therapy starts with an evaluation, which then leads to developing goals and a treatment plan that are specific to each individual patient. The emphasis is on restoring movement and function while addressing a wide variety of problems. The Physical Therapy staff has an extensive range of treatment options available. Almost every treatment plan includes some type of exercise.

What about after formal therapy ends?

Our Physical Therapists give clients information to promote continued well-being after they are no longer being seen for Physical Therapy.

When and where are therapy services available?

We provide physical therapy services in a variety of settings, including hospital inpatient, Perry’s Extend and Mend Swing Bed, the Ambulatory Care Department and aquatics at the Bureau County Metro Center. Our hours of operation are 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
