The clinic is located in Suite 306 in the Medical Office Building at Perry. Ancillary services provided by the Perry laboratory, radiology and medical rehabilitation departments are convenient and close to the clinic.

Dr. Minardi attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University in Chicago, IL where he received his Doctor of Osteopathy and where he also completed a rotating internship and his residency in Orthopedic Surgery. He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Brackett received his medical degree from Baylor University College of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Northwestern University Residency Program with rotations at Cook County Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children and Los Angeles Orthopedic Hospital. He also served as an orthopedist with the Navy assigned with the Marine Corp in Vietnam. He is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Minardi and Dr. Brackett have been professional colleagues and friends for many years. Dr. Brackett will help provide backup coverage to Dr. Minardi which will give our patients 24/7 coverage and ensure our patients continuity of care for orthopedic services provided by the two surgeons. Dr. Minardi & Dr. Brackett are both employees of Perry Memorial Hospital.
