The clinic is located on the 3rd floor of Perry Memorial Hospital’s Medical Office Building in Suite 303 with close convenient access to the laboratory, radiology and medical rehabilitation deparments.

Perry Memorial Family Health Clinic Providers:
Robert Mestan, MD received his medical training at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago and his residency training at the Rockford Medical Education Foundation. He is board certified in family practice. Dr. Mestan is serving as our Vice-Chief of Staff and has been on the medical staff at PMH since 1978.

Arnold Faber, MD graduated from the Rush Medical School in Chicago followed by a residency at the Rockford Medical Education Foundation. He is board certified in family practice. Dr. Faber became a member of the PMH medical staff in 1985.

Christopher Blanford, MD graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine at Rockford and completed his Family Practice Residency at Genesis Family Medicine Residency in Davenport, IA. 

Karen Nenne, FNP attended the Methodist School of Nursing in Peoria, IL were she earned her diploma in Nursing. She graduated from Illinois State University in Normal, IL with her Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice; Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 27 years of nursing experience and two years of advanced practice nursing in a family practice setting, treating patients of all ages.
Trudy Argubright, FNP received her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Illinois College of Nursing in Rock Island, IL. She is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Jennifer Hoffman, FNP received her associate’s degree in nursing from Illinois Valley Community College and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. She graduated from Maryville University with her Masters in Advanced Nursing Practice; Family Nurse Practitioner.
Anna Freeman, FNP  received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and her Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s Degree from Purdue University in Hammond, IN. She has 20 years of nursing/nurse practitioner experience.

Kati Grimes, FNP attended Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing where she earned her master’s degree in Advanced Nursing Practice; Family Nurse Practitioner.
