About Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation

Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation

Through philanthropy and the generosity of its donors, the Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation is able to enhance the quality of life for people who are served by Perry Memorial Hospital.

The Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation was formed in 1991 for the purpose of developing, managing, and granting charitable contributions to support technology and facility improvements at Perry Memorial Hospital. We support the PMH mission to provide compassionate, quality health services to the people and communities it serves. The Foundation relies on the support of PMH’s three county service area to ensure our charitable funding keeps up with the changing healthcare needs. We provide hospital service access and equipment that otherwise would not be available.

The Foundation provides a wide range of opportunities to provide for the healthcare needs of you, your loved ones and friends. In addition to cash gifts and memorials, community members are encouraged to remember Perry Memorial Hospital Foundation in their wills or living trusts. Other options include bequests, charitable trusts, gifts of life insurance and gift annuities. All gifts can be restricted or unrestricted. Interested in learning more?
